1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 99fd ("99fd", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the 99fd website located at https://99fd.io and all associated products, services, games, and features available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by 99fd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 99fd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 99fd does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, including under any 99fd self-exclusion arrangement.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close associate of 99fd or any of its affiliated game providers or business partners.

99fd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts found to have been opened by persons who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each member may hold only one active account on the 99fd Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

99fd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or when account limits are increased:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. 99fd is under no obligation to process withdrawals from unverified accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99fd username and password. All activity carried out through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and BDT Transactions

All financial transactions on the 99fd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals. 99fd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 99fd reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably believes may be connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposit and to the account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing targets 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied in full.
• 99fd reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing beyond the standard timeframe.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

99fd operates in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Any member whose deposit and withdrawal patterns suggest money-laundering, structuring, or other financial crime activity will have their account suspended and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. Winnings associated with suspicious financial activity may be withheld pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

99fd offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet amounts per round will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
• 99fd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, without prior notice.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, using multiple accounts, or exploiting perceived loopholes in bonus mechanics constitutes bonus abuse. 99fd will void bonuses and associated winnings, and may close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash at face value.

6 Game Rules and Sports Betting

All games available on 99fd are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own individual rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 99fd, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), are governed by standard sporting event rules. 99fd reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds pricing is identified, where a sporting event is cancelled or significantly altered, or where the integrity of a market is reasonably called into question.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 99fd will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed and the round outcome cannot be determined, the wager placed will be returned to the member's account. 99fd's decision in such cases is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99fd Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account involved in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms
• Colluding with other members or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a transaction after receiving goods or services
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Using any third-party payment method not registered in your own name

8 Responsible Gaming

99fd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices across all members. The Platform is intended purely as a form of adult entertainment. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving debt, or escaping personal difficulties.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 99fd.

Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. 99fd holds valid licensing agreements for all third-party content displayed on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99fd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a member's gambling decisions or the inherent risk of gambling outcomes
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities in connection with Platform downtime or technical errors
• Any actions, omissions, or representations made by third-party game providers, payment processors, or other external service partners

99fd's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or related to these Terms, in any calendar month, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member during the same calendar month.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

99fd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 99fd will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification services is limited to what is strictly necessary to fulfil those services.

12 Amendments to These Terms

99fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 99fd will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-screen notification upon your next login. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 99fd in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting 99fd support.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of a dispute being raised, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. 99fd's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility is final and binding absent demonstrable error.
